Sahal Law Firm is seeking a Legal Counsel with strong professional skills who is expected to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English, listen well, articulate opinions and ideas clearly, and communicate with and influence others effectively.
Requirements
* A university degree in law and legal consulting – English language proficiency – five (5) years of experience
- Communication skills in both Arabic and English, good listening, and the ability to express opinions and ideas and to communicate with and influence others effectively.
- Analytical and research skills that help diagnose and analyze problems and find distinctive solutions. The ability to analyze and think critically about any type of information is essential, as it is the foundation of sound decision-making; analytical thinking is one of the three skills the firm values most.
- A desire for self-development, continuous learning and acquiring new skills, in addition to conducting the necessary legal research and keeping up with the latest legal developments.

- Additional duties:
Conducting analyses: Qualifying requests and assessing legal options, and researching case-related data, precedents and legislation. - Providing legal opinions: Assisting the client or organization in drafting legal opinions, written memoranda and other legal memoranda.
- Conducting legal research: Conducting legal research, reviewing legal documents and addressing key issues.
- Contract review: Reviewing commercial entities' contracts, identifying risks and monitoring the implementation of legal provisions.
- Assisting clients and organizations with various legal matters, drafting legal documents, mediating disputes and monitoring the enforcement of legal judgments.
